As the HR Director of Trust Care Management Ltd and Focus Care group I am responsible for leading and managing the organization’s HR strategy, ensuring that our people practices align with our mission to deliver outstanding care. My role encompasses the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive organizational success through strategic resourcing, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
I bring a comprehensive understanding of the critical interplay between people, culture, and business acumen, ensuring that HR practices are evidence-based and tailored to support organizational goals. I am committed to leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance decision-making processes and to drive change across the organization. My remit includes overseeing employee relations, equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring data protection compliance as well as supporting the organization’s learning and development programs. I am also responsible for managing talent acquisition and management, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the social care sector. Additionally, I focus on employee experience, wellbeing, and reward systems, striving to create a work environment where staff feel valued and motivated.
With over 15 years of experience in various managerial and leadership role within social care sector, I have developed a deep organisational culture, leading teams, managing complex employee relations issues, and driving organizational change.
