I have twenty (20) years’ experience in Health and Social Care and currently working as a Team Leader at Marlborough Lodge. I have been a Team Leader since 2015. I am committed to delivering service and quality improvements alongside Home Manager and staff engagement to develop our service so Service Users get the right care in the right place and at the right time.
