When I attended Bilston College to study catering, upon leaving there I went to work in a public house where I catered weddings and large parties, I worked there for 18 months before moving on to a staff canteen for a big company, I remained there for a few years and only left when I started a family. When I returned to Bilston College, this time to work there in their refectory, I remained there for a few years before moving on to Nursing Home, it was a large home that had 5 members of the kitchen team and we would prepare meals from scratch for all of the residents, I stayed at the home for 14 years however felt it was time for a change. I then came to work for Primrose Hill 3 years ago, we use a specialist meal service, catering for all IDDSI levels as well as cooking fresh meals daily, this is a very homely and friendly service and I really enjoy coming to work.
