I started at Primrose Hill just over year ago, this is my first role in the care sector. I made the decision to come into care due to making a promise to your nan, she was a resident at Primrose Hill when it first opened, I was able to witness what sort of care she was receiving and the environment that she was in and I promised to give back. When I first started I received a fabulous induction and training, this has set the standard in me that I have now. From this experience I have wanted to develop my skills and knowledge and have been given the chance to complete an extensive training program to enhance my skills. I have been supported and guided to progress in the company and have been promoted to Senior Carer. In the future I wish to complete my nurses associate training and the company will support me with this journey.
