Ieva had joined Philia Lodge in April 2020.
Ieva is now an experienced member of staff, who is able to take a lead with supporting her team and service users. Although Ieva had not had any experiences in care prior, Ieva had been coming to Philia Lodge as a student in 2016. Ieva is able to complete all roles within the home and support the home where it is needed.
Ieva is currently working through her Level 5 management and leadership diploma.
