I started at Primrose Hill 3 years ago, I have worked in cleaning in previous roles however this is my first Nursing Home. I started my journey as a member of the domestic team and found that I enjoyed spending time with the residents so much that I changed roles to and activities coordinator, meaning that I got that much loved time with the residents, I did this role for a few months and then decided that being part of the domestic team was where I wanted to be. I have always enjoyed working to standards and have found it empowering to be a part of it. I was then given the opportunity to progress to the Housekeeper role just over a year ago. I have a brilliant team to work alongside.
