Catalin Filipoiu is our qualified Registered Manager for The Star Nursing Home and Philia Lodge. Catalin made serving others his passion. He is an enthusiastic and energetic person, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in operational management to support the delivery of high-quality and efficient services.
Catalin Filipoiu has over 10 years of experience in providing high-quality care and support to people who have a variety of medical conditions. His experience was gained in often demanding and challenging work environments where he has developed essential skills. Catalin has a consistent track record of working successfully with individuals, families and groups of service users, all within a variety of settings and roles.
Catalin Filipoiu is a qualified Manager and has completed a level 5 QCF Management
Diploma for Adults, Children and Young People’s Services. Catalin has always taken pride in his professional development, and throughout the years he obtained various other qualifications: a General Nursing Diploma (Europe), a Commercial Pilot Licence obtained in SUA and a bachelor’s degree in theology.
