Trusting People Who Care

Dedicated

Trust Care Management is dedicated to delivering high-quality and compassionate care to the people we support and their families. We are aware of the environmental consequences of our work, and we are determined to reduce them as much as possible. We believe that environmental sustainability is essential for the planet, as well as for the health and well-being of the people we support, our team, and community.

Our environmental sustainability policy is guided by the following principles:

  • We adhere to all applicable environmental laws and regulations and aim to go beyond them where possible.
  • We track and evaluate our environmental performance and set goals for ongoing improvement.
  • We lower our use of energy, water, and other resources, and opt for renewable and efficient sources where possible.
  • We avoid and minimise waste and recycle and reuse materials where possible.
  • We cut down our greenhouse gas emissions and compensate for our inevitable emissions through verified carbon projects.
  • We foster environmental awareness and education among our staff, service users, and suppliers, and urge them to adopt sustainable practices.
  • We collaborate with partners across our local community to help tackle the broader environmental impact of health and social care.
  • We are proud to align our policy with the CQC quality statement on environmental sustainability, which states: “We understand any negative impact of our activities on the environment and strive to make a positive contribution in reducing it and support people to do the same.
