I have been in the care sector for 14 years, I began my career in a nursing home as a health care assistant, I have worked in various homes and was able to progress to a team leader. I changed companies for a better opportunity and was able to gain my QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care. I then had the opportunity almost 3 years ago to work at Primrose Hill, I came to the home as health care assist and have enjoyed that role thoroughly, I recently made the decision to change my role and become an activity coordinator, I enjoy this role as I get to spend more time with the residents and enjoy seeing their faces light up when we complete our activities and have one to one time with them.
